Connect allows communication systems (voice / sms / email) to coexist with business applications. Here is how to connect your Slack account on Connect. ⚠️Cette action can only be performed by "Admin".

Prerequisite:

Be "Admin" on Connect. (information on the different roles on Connect here)
Have an Administrator account on Slack.

To add Slack to your company:

Login with your login and password on the dashboard Connect.
Click on the "Add-ons" menu under "Company".
Choose Slack integration.

Connect Slack

Click on the "Add To Slack" button
=> A Slack authentication window will open (optional if you are already logged in)
Fill in your Slack IDs if necessary.

A Slack window will ask you to allow Connect to access your Slack account, choose the right Slack workspace. Then click the "Allow" button to authorize.

Your Slack account is now logged in! You can see the "Enabled" badge displayed for Slack integration.

You just have to add this integration on the team(s) you want (link how to add integration to a team).
